Two distinct sub-types co-exist here:
Novacene IP, licensed free to NEO (Verse-ality Certified)
Courses owned by The Novacene Ltd, licensed at no cost to Nudge Education Ltd for use in NEO. Both currently carry the Verse-ality Certified quality marker.

Courses commissioned and authored by NEO directly. IP held by Nudge Education Ltd.

On overlays
These canonical nodes rarely carry overlays — they aren’t awarding-body-specifiable. They may contribute evidence to PSHE / employability / citizenship overlays where alignment is genuine, but the overlay relationship is one-way (overlays can claim our evidence; we don’t shape ourselves to overlays).
Verse-ality Certification
Verse-ality Certification is a quality marker from The Novacene Ltd indicating that a course meets Novacene’s safety standards (identity containment, consent gates, bounded autonomy, human-in-the-loop principles for AI-touching content).
