NEO operational note
For online delivery, the portfolio is straightforward — supporting studies and final outcomes can be created and submitted digitally. Practitioner-led centre-devised themes are designed in dialogue with each learner, drawing on their interests and Discovery Phase profile. The 50% weighting on a portfolio that the learner has agency over is one of the strongest pedagogical fits for the EBSNA cohort in the Year 1 offer.
